APOL505 - South Africa’s Foreign Policy Analysis @UNIZULU

This course deals with an evaluation of South Africa’s foreign policy in Africa and the world at large. It looks at the goals (national interests) and instruments of South Africa’s foreign policy, the determinants of the country’s foreign policy using different levels of analysis. It also studies questions around South Africa’s role in Africa viz-a-viz its commitment to the African Renaissance philosophy it espoused and pursued through the establishment of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD).
